Does giving permanent aid to other countries help or hurt their growth?

@gol979 the military assistance is permanent aid. US spends it's money to protect Israel.

@eMortal I understand what you are saying......again, how does importing billions of dollars worth of military assistance help?

@gol979 Israel doesn't have to spend too much of it's own money on military stuff. It solidify its presence in the middle East. The world is safer because of that.

@eMortal I think you get a completely different point of view if you ask pretty much every other country in the middle east
