What's the minimum level of academic education one must have to do good in life in your opinion?

BlueVeins · 22-25
To do well in life, you mean? I don't mean to be a grammar Nazi, but the difference is pretty important in this case. You can do well in life without ever learning to read, if you're lucky/sexy/clever/funny enough. You could theoretically just make YouTube videos of yourself saying/doing funny stuff, pay someone to handle the finances and technical stuff, and eventually graduate to making your own website. You'd need to be an absolute comic genius for that plan, specifically, to work though.

@BlueVeins Yeah, I guess, but you never know it'd be a game of hit or miss.

@BlueVeins Which is not desirable when it comes to $.

@BrokenWhiskeyGlass3 I concur. It'd be completely insane to even attempt.

Education does not guarantee that you will do good in life

I've met a man that only got as far as third grade... if you were to meet him, you'd never know....!
PeachesGR · 61-69, F
@PeachesGR His story is filled with abuse and decades of drug addiction, so you wouldn't want to ever choose his life-- but he's doing really well now.

i'd say high school, but GED is just as good only way to get a job in today's world. Though associates degree might be more facilitating of success.
