Black ppl basically target each other in their own hoods. So I just know not to be pulling up in an unknown hood
But white ppl target anybody anywhere. So now I don’t feel safe anymore in this world, especially being in a big crowd.

@samueltyler2 Changing the Constitution of the United States requires a Constitutional Convention and a 2/3 ratification in both the House and the Senate. Not for nothing, buy Congress can't agree on anything at all, except for when to go to lunch.

@4meAndyou it doesn't really need an amendment, it simply needs some sensible regulation. No more than x number of weapons per person, careful background checks, mandatory locking of weapons. Requirement to demonstrate basic knowledge regarding safety and use...
