Against it. If they want to give it to people for medicinal purposes that’s fine, but it shouldn’t be legal for everyone.

In order to legalize it they have to control its use for public safety , have medical parameters on the level of toxicity required to be impaired , testing that gives quick results , determine if there is permanent medical damage from underage use to set age limits , then determine who can grow it ... how to verify it’s purity and THC concentration ... and then figure out how to tax it . Everybody says” look at Colorado”. ... they do it . Yep , they do .., and there’s a lot of mind numb stoners with the munchies vegging out . Once they can figure out how to regulate it like alcohol, then sell the damn stuff . It will break the cartels backs if they no longer get weed money. Personally I hate that it’s abused . The possible medical uses should be explored to the hilt . I have never used !

I just don't want it to be so easy for my nephews and nieces to try. It's a lot stronger now and kids are dabbing.

I am against it. It's hypocrisy, considering the war on drugs and the major drug abuse and overdose epidemic in society currently.

I think it should be legal, it's way less harmful and intoxicating than alcohol. Only reason it's illegal is because the lawmakers are paid to keep it that way. You hear about people "donating" to keep it illegal. Donate is a fancy word for bribe and the people bribing our lawmakers are the people who profit from arresting innocent pot users. Like police forces, treatment centers, private prisons and pharmaceutical companies since they know they'll lose a lot of money when it's legal. That and everything else should be forced treatment instead of prison. We dont throw alcoholics in prison unless they drive or people who smoke cigs. So why throw someone in prison for being addicted to heroin or other addictive substances?

Might as well make sports illegal too. People get addicted to them n u can get hurt playing them. Add it to the list of banned activities! More innocent people in jail the more money the government makes!
