My wife and I have a fairly extensive collection of various things (art works, toys, family trinkets and knick-knacks, DVD movies)...we have two rooms in our house devoted exclusively to their display as well as some displayed all over the house. We're quite proud of our collections. We each had some of it before we got together, but we have grown it together since we married, It is still growing but not at the pace it once was because we are conscious of space and don't want it to start looking like a hoarder's mess.

I have a large collection of doohickeys and thingamajigs. Some are suitable for decoration, and others are suitable for occasional use.
