Do you think cops will still do speed traps now that Google has moved the ways notifications about them over to Google maps?

@Ynotisay you obviously have never driven on i-80. Only doing the speed limit is dangerous. By driving that slow,you are putting more people in danger than the people who speed

Ok so your ganna say the flow of traffic but you are against keeping up with traffic? Instead you're ganna support having everyone have to switch lines and slow down because someone is choosing to drive 15-20 miles slower than the average driver does

@Llort I don't need to reread anything. I choose my words carefully. And age and experience is EXACTLY what it's about. Young people who think they know how to drive and like speed are dangerous. Someone wants to take themselves out? Whatever. Drink, text, speed...it's on them. Taking out others or putting people at risk? Fuck that and fuck them.

@Llort I live in Sacramento, and to be honest if three quarters of the vehicles were taken off the road it would still be lunacy, mainly caused by pricks like you who don't think road rules apply to them.

@Llort Do you not know what flow of traffic is? OK. Let's say everybody on the 5 is doing 80. The speed limit is 70. That's the flow of traffic. Cops don't blink.

@Llort It's very very simple...Newton discovered it. An object travelling at 90mph hitting another object will have a cascading effect on yet more objects in the immediate vicinity than one travelling at 65mph, and from my considerable experience of travelling on the I-80, I-5, I-99, and I-50 it is my view (Having learned to drive in the UK) that most drivers don't look any further forward than the top of their steering wheel, a lot are on their phones, a lot are busy chatting away without any consideration of anything else around, in front or behind them.

Combine this dearth of basic road craft with tail gating, weaving from lane to lane because they're the most important person on the road, and they just HAVE to be in front of the vehicle in front all travelling at 80 mph plus, what can possibly go wrong?

Fun fact...The death rate of road collisions in CA is more than that of the UK, and CA has half the population.

So when you say that you think cops are being unreasonable in trapping the fuckwits, consider all the stats. And it isn't YOU who has to dig the bodies out or go and tell the next of kin their loved one isn't coming home because some selfish twat was so self important they had to drive into them rather than drive behind for a few miles.
