Do you think cops will still do speed traps now that Google has moved the ways notifications about them over to Google maps?

Everyone is ganna know when there is a cop sitting on the side of the road clocking people. Thank God for Google and hopefully this makes it so much harder for cops.

The cops are just doing their job. 🤷‍♂️
@SW-User fuck them

@Llort They do speed traps for everyone's safety.

It doesn't take that much of a brain to figure that out.

@SW-User 😂
You wanna do a speed trap in a neighborhood where people fly going 40 I understand it.

Putting one on the highway doesn't do shit accept for causes more that half of the traffic to suddenly slam on their breaks.

What fucking safety is that

@Llort A lot of drug busts and DUI's come from people speeding on the interstate.

Yes, the staties patrolling the interstate are assholes compared to other agencies, but they do catch quite a few people for far more serious charges just because they don't know how to drive correctly.

@Ryanoliver2011 I'm sure most cops have more guts than you ever will.
@SW-User no one can have a nice conversation I swear
@SW-User from my experience... Cops will pull people over with out of state plates for a lot of those activities. Those types of searching create more profiling and crap like that.

And I'm sorry, I can't justify some guy waiting to clock someone going to fast because there is a small chance they might catch someone doing something else.

In a day where cars are safer, roads are safer,why do we keep lowering speed limits?
