It's extremely rare that my wife and I have argued (maybe 2 or 3 times in the 15 years we've been together). In those instances I may have used some curse words but I have never directed them at her. I do not curse at my wife, never have. She has never cursed at me either.
No, in fact I was seeing someone for a few months this summer when he lost his cool and started yelling at me. Dumped him then and there. Not in the mood for dysfunctional behavior anymore.
@SW-User My wife and I don't exactly have "potty mouths" but we do use curse words (probably more often than we should), however we do not curse at each other either.
