Yes, it's very possible. I was worried when NK started threatening, because they could launch right over the North Pole even with their limited range, and hit any city in the United States.

@4meAndyou yes and that is kinda a scary fact that it wouldn't even be hard to do and now that iran has all the info from the nuke program from Saudi and is working with north Korea it is a less then ideal situation
