Well cows are domesticated animals and we intentionally fatten them. Zebras are usually pretty lean. Rhinos are pachyderms like elephants and hippos.

Then compare the length of the small intestine, with meat eaters, short length, then the meat, protein won't rot, like it does in humans. No wonder many humans get bowl cancer, the meat rots in the small intestine. (Processed meat, such as hamburger meat, hot dogs, bacon, salami, ham, eat allot - then "bingo bowl cancer")
