I hate christmas

It's not a happy time of year for everyone. If you like it great! But if you meet someone who doesn't, don't try to force them to. No one is required to participate. My mother died christmas morning 2 years ago. while you're celebrating, I'm mourning. It's just another day for some.
Sorry for your loss. 2 years may sound like a long time but it isn't when we are grieving someone we love deeply. It takes time, everyone is different, and there is no Fixed amount of time. I was a Johnny Carson show fan and every year he would read the letters to Santa that they got from the Post Office many asking for gifts, not for themselves, for sick parents or siblings, parents out of work, difficult times, heart breakers. 💙

I'm sorry. I don't like holidays either. This time of the year gets very stressful for me.

So sorry for your loss, that is I think the absolute worst time to lose someone you love. I understand your feelings about it and you're right. I never lost someone at or on Christmas but I know people who have and I felt for them deeply. Bless you dear lady, I hope you find comfort in the seasons to come.

And your family?

@KaiserSolze I'm 55 and have no children. When my friends where getting married and starting families, I was battling cancer and slowly going sterile because of the chemo. So I look forward to nothing on christmas.

@KittenfromHell Basically Christmas doesn't exist for you and that's ok. Much luck and blessings 💜
