are you due any holidays from work?

I am working all next week, well usual five days then I am only in for one day the week after that.

Last time I took time off work so I could be present for my Nephews birth a formal complaint was issued against me. Something about total negligence for not doing any of the work at all for the time I was gone. I had to explain to all the department heads. That if they wanted me to work that period they shouldn't have okayed my annual leave.
