are you due any holidays from work?

Last time I took time off work so I could be present for my Nephews birth a formal complaint was issued against me. Something about total negligence for not doing any of the work at all for the time I was gone. I had to explain to all the department heads. That if they wanted me to work that period they shouldn't have okayed my annual leave.

I think I have like 120 hours to use by end of March. And I have a surgery coming up so after using 40 go on short term disability for basically the last half of December.

I have 8 paid days off remaining.
