He was never accused, you're right...but he is blatantly partisan and belligerent and those qualities don't belong on the supreme court (plus his Yale roommate says he lied about his drinking, so...) isn't there a better choice? Surely there must be.

A truly good and fair judge should be non-biased. That's how it SHOULD be. Fools are people like you who see nothing wrong with someone being so biased and full of hate for half of America, and then sitting on the highest court of the land where he's supposed to make level-headed decisions!
