@AcidBurn You feel like a fish trying to swim upstream. The crowd from the stadium rushes from all the exits and you try your best to elbow past without being trampled by the panicked mob. Sticking close to the wall, you finally make it inside. The scene is worse there. The ones who stampeded out were the lucky ones, those who didnt make it were still there, gray and frozen in place like statues. Their time had been stolen them, setting them apart from the fourth dimension. But by who?
"We have another who wants to join the party!" The sound comes from above. A giant clockwork monkey! Ot dives down to the center of the floor and raises its drums. "You'll love my newest song. It's a show stopper!" It begins beating its drum, causing ripples of energy to spread out. You dodge behind some seats. No doubt that's how he stole these people's time!
Now or never. You raise your magic ring above your head. "Starlight Soldier power!" You cry as streams of sparkling energy swirld around you. Each place they wrap around you, your clothing is replaced until your dressed in a constilation patterned schoolgirl suit with knee high heels and a tiara. Fully transformed, you leap at the semian automaton landing on its shoulders. You wrap your legs around its neck and flip backwards, sending it flying.
"You need a time out!" It shouts righting itself. It sounds rhythmically on the drum. You need to press the attack. You somersault past the energy waves, quickly closing the gap before delivering a devastating backsprink kick that sends the monkey and its drum flying. The time theiving primate frantically scrambles for its instament. Now's your chance!
"Starlight Nova Cannon!" You cry out as constellations appear around you before swirling together into a ball of white light. "Blast!" With that cry the ball of light launches and lands square on the clockwork monkey. With a blinding flash of light, the automaton crumbles to dust. As the light fades you see the frozen people slowly return to normal. You've thwarted Prince Hod again! His Undying Court will stop at nothing to change their timeline, even destroy this one. But they won't win easily, so long as the Starlight Soldier is around!
