its an interesting concept, needs work in practical terms
Nimbus · M
@lorne13 lolol,
LyricalOne · F
Needs to be moved closer so I can visit again.
Nimbus · M
@LyricalOne Next on Trump's agenda!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
I'd like to go there but would need a little guidance in avoiding the biting wildlife. A lot to see...they've had a drought and until that's over it'd be kinda heart-breaking to see dying animals...
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus yes they use prisoner volunteers from minimum security prisons
Nimbus · M
@cherokeepatti Ahaaa. 'volunteers'.
I guess they get certain 'privileges'.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus They get to leave their prison cells for awhile...it probably seems like a bit of sweet freedom even though they are working, to be outdoors all day long.
Looks like a Canada without the shiit weather.

And the accent makes them irresistible to people of other counties 😁
Nimbus · M
@Teggy lol, good point.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
Why does almost every creature either want to eat you or kill you?
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@MethDozer Yes!
SW-User
@Degbeme 😂
Nimbus · M
@Degbeme lol, you should ask that on SW :)
Heartlander · 80-89, M
Australia? One of my old college roommates moved to Australia in the early 1970's, never to be heard of again.
Nimbus · M
@Heartlander Very difficult!
Heartlander · 80-89, M
@Nimbus He and his wife were great people looking for a new adventure. Something different. We had all gone separate ways after college so it's not like unusual to lose track of one another. I have to assume they went on to live great lives there.
Nimbus · M
@Heartlander Indeed, better to look at it in a positive light.
Serenitree · F
Hmmmm, it's too far away for me to visit and still be home in my own bed by nightfall.
Serenitree · F
@Nimbus 😃I like sleeping at home.
Nimbus · M
Serenitree · F
@Nimbus Hi, Nimby. How are you?
pennynoodles · 56-60, F
There are big spiders and scorpions. It puts me off going there.
Nimbus · M
@pennynoodles Me too.........plus the kangaroos.
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@pennynoodles Spent 6 week there and didn't see anything nasty except a snake in a zoo.😂😂
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus heard they can kick you down.
ISeeYou · M
I was a visitor for a couple of times and worked with some amazing individuals. Limited view but - huge natural resources and potential to be a great statesman in ASEAN but seems to be more inclined towards China now. It needs to do better to protect Barrier Reef and maybe attitude towards Aborigines and their culture.
Nimbus · M
@ISeeYou Was your experience there a positive one?
ISeeYou · M
@Nimbus Yes in general. I have not had any negative experiences as mentioned on some social sites. In my opinion, negativeness is a world phenomenon than to any specific country.

It's a great country - my favourite part is Western Australia - especially around Dunsborough and Margaret River - fantastic wineries along Caves Road 🙂
Nimbus · M
@Dlrannie Very nice! :)
You could have visited Ned 😁
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@Nimbus I didn't know Ned in those days 🙂
Nimbus · M
@Dlrannie Good point, lol
SW-User
nice people
Nimbus · M
@SW-User From my experience, yes.
Rain95 · 26-30, M
Meh, I prefer my country than Australia.
Serenitree · F
@Rain95 I totally get why you like the culture of your homeland, but unless you've actually seen what other places have to offer, saying they aren't as beautiful as yours is a bit presumptuous.
Nimbus · M
@Rain95 I have only seen SK on the news.
It does look beautiful.
Serenitree · F
@Rain95 Oh, you've been there. Then you can express any opinions you have as they are based on experience.
They have the toughest bull riders I ever met!! Otherwise, they have great racing tracks there.
Nimbus · M
tindrummer · M
I'd like to visit; especially Tasmania as I'm a mtn fanatic.
Nici00 · 26-30, F

@chrisCA 😮
Beautiful regions, from stunning desert, to magnificent rainforests, ugly cities, people are nice - but not very committed to their country's betterment.
PlumBerries · 31-35, F
[c=#7700B2]meh its okay[/c]
MethDozer · M
They sound ridiculous when they talk but they be cool.
Nimbus · M
@MethDozer Awww, I like the accent.
MethDozer · M
@Nimbus It really depends on which one. I think it is the Melbourne accent I find kinda funny.
Nimbus · M
@MethDozer I guess it does.
I have only heard NSW.
tenente · 100+, M
Nimbus · M
