What's an informal term to describe a female which isn't regarded as condescending/sexist?
For example, "chick", " babe", "broad", all seem to have negative connotations. But " dude", "guy" etc seem okay.

I like all those terms you said! Also, Girl, Woman, Angel, Sweets, Darling and Love! they are very nice and it is with regret that they disappear from the English language because of pontificating, bombastic women!! They represnt a good and strong sense of masculinity in their delivering!
