What's an informal term to describe a female which isn't regarded as condescending/sexist?

For example, "chick", " babe", "broad", all seem to have negative connotations. But " dude", "guy" etc seem okay.

What say ye?

"Guy" and "dude" are fine by me. I get annoyed sometimes that everyone seems to be so obsessed with differentiating sexes and/or genders. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Belladonna Fair point. Gender doesn’t need to enter in unless we are trying to hook up.
