Most painful sting or insect bite you ever has, if any?
for me it was the brown paper wasp.

I was stung over a dozen times on my face by wasps when I accidentally hit their nest with my head while playing in an abandoned building. That hurt, and I looked awful!

Some bug I stepped on when I was walking barefoot in my grandma's backyard. I thought it was a goathead because I went inside and pulled out a sliver. The next day though my pinky toe was all swollen.
