Would you ever forgive the people who bullied you when you were a kid?

I think I have. I mean I don't hold any grudges toward them now because I know that most likely they aren't the same person, heck in most all cases I really don't even know them (other than their face and name). The problem for me is it's hard to forget, and when I see them I still see that person they were then and how I felt about the things they did to me. It makes me not want to know them even though I know they have mostly changed (and possibly don't even remember themselves who I am or what they did)...so maybe I haven't, I don't know.
