I personally have always preferred to keep it within 10 years....to me, any greater a span reduces the chances you'd have much in common. My wife is 7 1/2 years younger than me and we grew up in the same basic era (70's to early 90's) so we share a lot in common which has proved invaluable to our relationship.

I think that every relationship has their differences that need to be worked through. But if you're lucky enough to find someone who you love and who loves you back, unless they're a minor, I say go for it!

If there is a real connection, understanding, acceptance, then there should not be anything holding you back. Statutory rape is something no one wants to be convicted for though.

Don't matter to me anymore with the right person. I once fell in love with someone 23 years older than me. :/
