I flew there once, rented a car, and stayed in a hotel for a few days. It was across from a beach but I never swam in the Ocean because it was choked with seaweed. And there were jellyfish warnings. I walked on another beach one day and the water was full of them!

My hotel has a salt water pool so I used that. No chlorine smell! I think they still have to add some, but not as much.

I liked the bars and live music. And the feral cats.

@JoyfulSilence I'm sorry you had a bad beach experience. Key West is definitely a fun place though. 🙂🙂🙂

@4meAndyou The drive was yesterday. 3 hours each way. Today I get to install the control panel. That's actually easier than it sounds. One plug in connector and four screws. 🙂 Then I meet my friend at Spinnakers Cafe. 😋

@cherokeepatti There you go! It's a lot cheaper to watch the videos then to actually buy a van and do the traveling.

@Musicman yeah but not nearly as fun. Went back to the lawyer on Monday morning to sign some papers and it was about 20 miles away to the southwest of here. The only place I’ve been in that area of Oklahoma. Told Ray I wished we could go on a road trip and just take off driving and taking our time. There were some pretty green areas. And we saw a small herd of bison, some very young babies too.

@cherokeepatti It would be nice if he would pick up some type of a motorhome you all could take a road trip. I hope everything works out well for the both of you.

@SethGreene531 With restoring one it takes about three years. Parts take forever and finding the time to work on it too.

Restoration is a long, careful process. Especially if you're splitting time between work and family.
But locating parts is the real challenge,
