This is us in Key West. We got a campsite right on the water a few years ago.

When I was a kid I remember my mum and sister going out together and me and my dad going to a sloppy Joe's there!

I flew there once, rented a car, and stayed in a hotel for a few days. It was across from a beach but I never swam in the Ocean because it was choked with seaweed. And there were jellyfish warnings. I walked on another beach one day and the water was full of them!

My hotel has a salt water pool so I used that. No chlorine smell! I think they still have to add some, but not as much.

I liked the bars and live music. And the feral cats.

@JoyfulSilence I'm sorry you had a bad beach experience. Key West is definitely a fun place though. 🙂🙂🙂
