Does anyone actually enjoy managing?

Cause I can’t imagine anyone else liking it other than people that are on a power trip?

Can I get a different perspective?

Feels like babysitting to me 🤮

I enjoyed it because I had a great staff and my employees showed that they enjoyed their work.
