What would happen if you accidentally time traveled to an anti matter universe?

Who cares? It wouldn't matter!

Three scenarios :

First If we enter an anti matter universe, our body will despite into energy.

Second: Time travel in the norma sense won't get us into an alternate universe. We might need to beat the speed of light or use some space-time fabric deformity to get us there. One thing for certain, our physical form may not hold the journey.

Third scenario : If we did manage to travel to an antimatter universe, our matter properties would have changed into anti-matter properties. Which will render us experience normal in that universe. Nothing will happen. We would have undergone a spontaneous evolution.

Time traveled? Wouldn’t that be more of a dimensional shift?
