Can you squeeze in one more hour maybe? Thats what i did today when my alarm went off i set it for another hour and went back to sleep. It made all the difference.

Sorry can't help you. Point of reference. That's my everyday. I've lost the knowledge base to share with you.
If you want to sleep, then no bright lights and especially no blue light (which electronic screens often give off...)
Change your breathing to your sleeping rhythm which is a slow pace.
Take a long deep breath in, and holds it for like 3 seconds and breath out, and keep doing this.
