slept around 3am and woke up at 6am.

my head hurts, my eyes aren't even fully opened yet, my body doesn't wanna get out of this comfy bed..

but i need to be productive.. but i still wanna sleep.. buuuut i got things to do.

If you want to sleep, then no bright lights and especially no blue light (which electronic screens often give off...)

Change your breathing to your sleeping rhythm which is a slow pace.


Take a long deep breath in, and holds it for like 3 seconds and breath out, and keep doing this.
