@Musicman It is beautiful. The condo costs like 3K or more a month to keep. So far we are keeping above water, but that may not always be the case. The maintence fees started out like 300 a month and now over 1000 a month. Insurance is always a battle. At the end of the day its all about the money.

@Confined Sadly I understand. It's reasons like that, that make you want to own a small single family in a non HOA. I live in Southern Florida in a non HOA. I have no monthly fees and our insurance is $2800 a year.

@NeddyKelly You mean that continent where everything that crawls, creeps, or swims will kill you? That paradise...

@Charles097 Well....I could choose. There is a Paradise, California......Paradise, Nevada.........and Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

@anythingoes477 I think there's one in Pa. too, near Bird In Hand and Intercourse somewhere.

@Musicman One of the best ways to see that part of the country is from 30 thousand feet. You can really understand the scale of things like the grand Canyon and desert.

@GerOttman I can imagine. That would definitely be nice. Then spend a couple of months in the motorhome seeing it all up close and personal. 🙂
