Free public transport on all Transperth services on Sundays

Decided to take a train ride to Ellenbrook.
Newish suburb 32 km north of Perth.
Waiting at the station which sits in the middle of the Tonkin Hwy.
A constant flow of traffic going both ways on the hwy.
The cars go through an overpass underpass creating an echo chamber.
So it is very noisy.
Every now and then a high powered motorbike passes at what seems like 200kmph.
So, so loud.
There goes an extremely fast Ford which was louder than the motorbike.
It is like I am at a car track

But how do you stop poor people from starving to death on the trains because no one is there to tell them to stop riding? And what about the aboriginal terrorists who want to take advantage?
