Texas has no personal income tax. There are some small cities with affordable housing and low crime rates. Downside: crazy politics.

@Souls Carrying a gun for some is a fashion accessory. Don't be fooled by "no income tax.". Property taxes are severe. High school football stadiums and toys for the cops are expensive.

@Souls yes it’s called constitutional carry. Any state with a major metropolitan area has high crime there but overall numbers are low.
