Have you ever traveled alone?

I realize it is different being a man, and at the time a young man just out of the Army. But I took a European discharge, bought a Eurail Pass and traveled a good portion of Western Europe and as far east as Austria by myself. No specific itinerary, no reservations. I enjoyed it and would do it again -- if I were younger.
