I was there in October after having been there last year.
There are way too many people and in order to fight that problem of mass tourism, Amsterdam city council has implemented a tourist tax in an attempt to reduce the number of them. I don't think it is very effective but the city itself is a very nice city. A number of museums are well worth visiting and my favorite one is the Rijksmuseum.

@nobodyishome went during the day so didn’t see any of “ that “ but just everything seemed tacky and didn’t nb stuff for tourist with cannabis stuff everywhere:/
