what useful souvenir are you buying while traveling?

We bought maple syrup and some magnets and some photos of Niagara Falls from Canada.
But what we really impressed about Canada was that many items are cheaper than America in Costco.
Sensodyne toothpaste was a lot cheaper so we bought some there.🤭
My husband and I laughed at each other for useful souvenir....

was that because of the exchange rate?

I love Gretsky's Ice Wine, if you can ever get some, buy it!

@samueltyler2 exchange rate was good but also price itself was really cheaper...

@Eyeinthesky That is weird, although Sensodyne does frequently go on sale here at Costco. Do they sell wine in Costco in Canada?

@samueltyler2 I saw a lot of wine...more than American Costco..

@Eyeinthesky only some Costcos sell liquor. Our local Costco does, and I buy lots of my wine and spirits there. My problem with Costco is that i will buy 3 bottles and taste one, if we love it and go back, they may already be sold out. The regularly sell J Lohr cabernet sauvignon from the casa robles area for less than $14 USD, it is a great buy. They used to sell Berringer cab from the same region for $12, but on sale less than $10, when I see that, I buy several cases.
