If your country would give you money to the country you really want to live in where would you go? I love the US but it isn't for me I'm more into

I guess I'll live in the UK for no reason other than that I suck at learning other languages.

Well I am a dual citizen of the United States and Russian Federation but I was born in the Republic of Korea and spent all my life between here with my parents or in Mainland China with my paternal grandmother. The USA has a lot of military bases in Korea, I was born on Camp Humphreys. I LOVE living in East Asia and wouldn't want to ever live anywhere else (even REFUSED to board a plane with my father when he wanted to take us out of China to Russia instead of back to Korea). Russia is very good friends with Mainland China so either way no matter which of my countries of citizenship gave money I would still be able to live happily and safely in East Asia in either China or Korea.

I hope your government gives you lots of money, Japan is very expensive.
