Update on my friend

So they have had to call the police as they say she has been assaulted 😭 I feel awful right now because if I had been with her we would of gone home as I would of got us into a taxi when it was time to go home.

Feel so bad for her right now and feel like I have let her down!!

You can't be bothered by these feelings of regret. It wasn't your fault and it wasn't her fault. It was the person(s) who assaulted your friends fault. They are entirely to blame no one and no other circumstance is to blame. She is going to need you to help her realize that when it's time to pick the pieces up and put everything back together.

Be strong and make sure you both set up a plan moving forward to ensure the safety for future events when the time comes. I am so very sorry to hear about your friend

@Bang5luts yes I know your right it’s hard because she is my friend I feel awful for her but yes I will be there for her and in future I will stay with her and if I feel ill I will make sure she goes home!!
