Rapists should be hanged till death immediately as found guilty!

Because no one can understand pain of girl and her family....girl soul is shattered..and her parents die every day looking at miserable condition of their daughter.

Nothing is left in life to live for.........life becomes unbearable ....pain never goes away till last breath!

So i dont believe in the death penalty.

I believe in harsh punishments but not death.

Rapists are a scourge on society but just yesterday there was huge news of a man being released after 17 years in prison for rape after dna evidence emerged to prove he was not guilty. When he was charged he was given 7 years the further 10 was because he was unrepentent....unrepentent for a crime he did not committ.

This is a huge miscarriage of justice, how mich worse it would have been had he been hanged.

And, speaking from experience, there is everything to live for. A victim of rape (male or female) can survive. It is. A lot to suffer but with the right support they can get past this.

@BabyLonia I can't even imagine how that dude must feel. Like how does one even go on after being falsely locked up for so long. That guy better be getting a lot of compensation at the very least

@BabyLonia i said above "Found guilty" the reason I said that all evidences must strongly prove that he/she did crime plus commits it....under narco test!
It's very unfortunate that our courts and law system is very weak that taken 17 years just to check his DNA sample...
This is where system, laws and government shows they are unable to provide justice on time!

@deadgerbil compensation cannot return his 17 years.....still he should get compensation for this delay....
But in reality no one cares....no one gives compensation.....no judge, no police, no politician gonna give u anything....not even sympathy because ones a person spent 17 years in jail...
People themselves judge him as rapist...
No media channels gonna show news or fight for justice of this man because there is no TRP for news channel....hmm

@AngelKrish this guy was found guilty and has spent 17 years locked up for a crime he did not commit.

Sadly also people, police, jurors, lawyers, judges are all corruptible. Plus also the death penalty is never the right thing. No-one should have the right to take anyones life.

Well no one has right to rape anyone too!
You are right about corruption, i am very well experienced with all system, law, judges, courts.... government officials....they put fake cases and destroys innocent people life too just for money.....i am suffering from these from 2 years....still i am fighting for justice...i hate all corruption because it is also destroying my life in the otherside!

@AngelKrish i am sorry you are dealing with corrupt people. It should not happen but it does, and no one should be a victim of rape i wholeheartedly agree but my point is you cannot compensate someone ifvthey have been wrongly accused if they are dead
