Yeah but do you really trust any human to ever have 100% accurate judgement?
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@Renaci There is nothing close to 100%...no justice iid there that can completely reverse trauma...
But punishment sets an example for others that whoever will sexually abuse woman will be punished immediately!

@AngelKrish What about women who sexually abuse men? Do they get a free pass?
Sharon · F
@Tastyfrzz In the UK the victim doesnt get the option to press charges. The decision whether or not to prosecute is made by the authorities (police and CPS), the victim doesn't really have any say. Male victims of female perpetrated violence and sexual abuse are actively discouraged from reporting the offences. Even when they try, they are often ignored.

@Sharon Imprisonment till death is fine in this case!

@Tastyfrzz It's starting to get better but male victims of domestic abuse are still often told "It's not a police matter, Sir". It's also very rare for women who make false allegatons of sexual abuse, including rape, to be prosecuted, even when it could easily be proven the allegation were purely malicious.
