Kissing someone on the cheek, sexual assault?

I find it disrespectful to those who truly were sexually assaulted. I mean physically attacked in sexual context.
I'd call it harassment at most.

Greeting a woman just because you're a man and look untidy had been proclaimed as sexual assault once.

No. But it can be considered sexual advancement or considered an inappropriate harassing action with sexual undertones
