That seems too subjective to be a law. Who decides what is ‘sexual conversation’? That means any unwanted flirting is sexual abuse? That means 99% of situations where (almost always) men who approach a woman get rejected. Shall we make all of that illegal? Because we can never know in advance whether it is wanted or not, so how would couples ever get together?
