When you realize no one is coming to save you so you have to save yourself from the darkness and trauma that beat you down

People are there to help but if you burn all your bridges and make an enemy out of everyone because you're hurting, you can't expect the world to adjust. Accountability and behavioural changes go hand in hand with finding people that care enough to walk the difficult path with you.
