Possible trigger. For those with trauma .....

Have you ever come out of shock unable to speak and type as well as you once did ? You can write fine and think fine. You are just short with words and quiet? I hate it so much. I can't trust anyone and I can't make any friends anymore. I'm just sitting and waiting to be free again .

I'm very cautious what I say around someone who's decided I was their enemy.
I have no reason why they've come to that conclusion I've only tried to help them.
Since that's been happening they complaining of me being cold.
But if being cold keeps my sanity I guess that's what I'm going to be.
