Cptsd night

For some reason I don't wanna go to the bedroom despite being shit tired. It felt like it was a police tape over the entry.

And staying in the living room 3 am in the night all in darkness except this screen doesn't feel right either. But it's where I'm used to "run" in my past.

Nothing feels good. I think that's my issue right now.

@Queendragonfly i know. Its me too. The environment really makes a difference though. I cannot grow in my current environment. Siting in the dark at 3am would make me a bit squirrelly too.

@GuyWithOpinions I'm torn cause lamps trigger self harm behaviour while darkness triggers... Whatever this is.

@Queendragonfly i tried that trick you showed me. Find 5 things that are white. 4 things that are yellow. 3 that are red. 2 that are blue and 1 multicolor. Iv used it a few times now and it really brings me back. Seems to stop an anxiety attack from hitting the peak. Thank you.
