Baby, I know this is major setback in your recovery, I know this is upsetting you and has you shattered, but you are not alone and I promise that I will be there to protect you and keep you safe. You have some good friends and me, do not shut us out , lean on us for support and know that you do not need to carry this pain alone. Get it out and know that we are on your corner rooting for you.
