The Terrible Plane Crash in Florida

This was a miracle and a tragedy all wrapped up in one. I live very close to the crash. Matter of fact, we have debris in our neighborhood.

Where it crashed is one of the busiest intersections/roads in our town. It landed near a senior 55+ community and it has destroyed all power and water lines. 600 people have to be evacuated.

Here is another odd fact. They believe the plane iced over as it descended. we have had non stop rain for days. But it was surely flying in restricted airspace. The Bahamas are directly due east of Mar a Lago. Trump and Vance were in town. I am not sure why they were flying there to begin with.

Listening to the pilot is absolutely horrifying. Pray for the deceased and their families.

@CookieCrumbs i don't even know if they can retrieve bodies. they made a crater in the street. plane parts all over and i live about 3 miles away. parts are in my neighborhood. 600 residents were evacuated

@samueltyler2 you can see the pics on youtube. yes nosedived and you can hear the copilot who was 20 yrs old panic. she says , we ran out of time. i don't understand they she was flying where she was.

@akindheart there are many more "accidents" involving general aviation, aka private planes, than commercial aviation.

@rinkydinkydoink i can't even watch it. a man who lived in the neighborhood where they crashed, thought he had been bombed. he said the heat and the fuel smell drove him back.
