Joseph Ligon was released this year after serving the 5th longest prison sentence in recorded history (67 years, 54 days)

i wonder if he is properly rehabilitated now and will be a productive member of society...

Def not. Prison doesn't rehabilitate. It is cause no one knows what else to do with people besides lock them away and forget them.
