Do you ever worry about some illness or disease you may get?

Sometimes I'll think what if I get cancer? I'm 43 and many seem to get it on their 40s or 50s 😕 Or if I have a pain in my leg or arm that's there for more than a little while I'll think what If I get ALS? It sucks having an anxiety disorder. Always wondering what wrong thing might happen.

I never worried about it but knew it was definitely a possibility considering all the cancer-causing heavy metals that were found in my city’s water supply that I had been drinking for decades. A Brita filter is not effective in removing them and refrigerator filters aren’t either.
