Usually, (I'm not saying ALWAYS), I can solve my problems on my own. Once in a while, things get sticky, and THEN I pray for both guidance and help.

Did you know that whenever you find yourself struggling with any burden at all, God invites you to lay the struggle at his feet.

We .. none of us are meant to carry burdens on our own. Reason being is we are rarely strong enough 😕
