@Strongtea it's okay, what makes you feel like "quitting"? I'm not sure what word to use. maybe try replacing the bad habit with good habits, like to calm your mind use relax techniques aroma therapy or trying new cologne could help, a different atmosphere could engage your mind this could be a system until you replace the bad, enough to slow down drinking. which i think you should aim for, we're taking steps to get through this just by talking, if you feel stressed about your image you can exercise? you can call an anonymous crisis line? and talk to them about these new things you're trying, aiming to create an empathetic space for you to reflect on your feelings and take steps forward. you need more confidence. if you add healthier habits into your life you're going to earn more respect.
