Does anyone know what life was like before social media? [I Have Trouble Feeling Hopeful About My Future]

You actually had to over to people’s houses or call them on your house phone or from a pay phone to talk to them. Sometimes we played video games together at people’s houses on ancient systems like Atari, NES, SNES, and Sega Genesis. Other times we actually went outside and did things like playing baseball or football or hockey or whatever.
Eventually you could send people emails from your computer, but even I didn’t know what that was until I got into college.
