Not really. But sometimes when others are in “The Sky Is Falling" mode, I have to go elsewhere. It can be too overwhelming.

Because incessant optimism is annoying. To a pessimist, pessimism is realism, so when you're constantly optimistic, you come off like SpongeBob SquarePants, and everybody else is Squidward.

So just because it doesn’t work for you in your reality does t mean it won’t work for me.
